Charis Hospice celebrated World Hospice and Palliative Care Day together with Penang GH on the 10th October, 2018. The theme for this year is 'Because I Matter', a phrase taken from Ms Cecilia Saunders.
We were invited to set up a booth to inform the public about palliative care. At the same time, we also shared with them the services provided by Charis Hospice to those who are in need of it.
Let's continue to share and support the importance of palliative care and the role of a hospice to cancer patients and their families.
