The Charity Run themed “Happy Feet 2.0: Striding for Palliative Care” was successfully held on April 19th, 2025, at Food Bayana, attracting a total of 931 registered participants and raising RM249,854 in support of palliative care services. The run was graciously flagged off by YB Daniel Gooi Zi Sen, EXCO Belia, Sukan dan Kesihatan Pulau Pinang, Dato’ Bandar Ir Rajendran, and En Harry Chai, Pengerusi MSNPP.
We are pleased to share that our Anniversary Dinner held on November 30, 2024, at Lot 33, Prangin Mall, was an outstanding success! With over 400 guests in attendance, we enjoyed a delightful 7-course Chinese dinner. Through our collective efforts and the generosity of various individuals and companies, we successfully raised RM300,000. This achievement reflects not just our hard work but also the strength of our community and its dedication to palliative care. Let us continue to build on this success as we move forward together.
We’re thrilled to organise the Charity Run themed “Happy Feet Striding for Palliative Care” on April 20th 2024 at Setia SPICE. It was great way to raise public awareness about palliative care and we successfully raised RM200K. YB Daniel Gooi Zi Sen, EXCO Belia, Sukan dan Kesihatan Pulau Pinang, flagged off the first Charis Hospice Charity Run 2024 at the event.
Charis Hospice’s 10th Charity Hunt themed Together We Care & Share was organized successfully with 360 participants and nearly RM260,000 funds raised! We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our sponsors, donors, marshals, volunteers, photographers, and participants for their support!
We would also like to thank our generous donors whose support and donations have significantly impacted Charis Hospice and the patients we care for. Additionally, we are grateful to the dedicated marshals, volunteers, and photographers who volunteered their time and provided invaluable assistance to our small organising committee in various aspects.
